• Member of the Executive Board of The IRIS Association of the AIS. (Information Systems Research in Scandinavia is IRIS, Association of Information Systems is AIS). Elected Norwegian representative for the term of Oct. 2008- Oct. 2010.
• Leader of the Likestilling Utvalg (Equal-opportunity Committee) for Molde University College in 2006, 2007, and 2008.
